2012 Baltimore St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Shamrock 5K race begins at 1:15 p.m. at Charles and Franklin Streets. The Parade steps off at 2:00 p.m. at the Washington Monument, and continues to Pratt Street and Market Place
Baltimore's St. Patrick Parade is truly the jewel in Maryland's emerald crown. For more than 50 years, thousands of spectators from the region have crowded the streets and sidewalks of downtown Baltimore and the famous Inner Harbor to watch thousands more march and celebrate Irish culture, music, song, and dance.
2012 Gaithersburg St Patrick’s Day Parade

The City of Gaithersburg, in partnership with the Harp and Shamrock Society, hosts a Saint Patrick's Day Parade featuring a pipe band, marching band, music, animals and more. The parade is cosponsored by the City of Gaithersburg, the Gaithersburg Harp & Shamrock Society, Montgomery County Recreation Department, and Peterson Corporation at Washingtonian Center. The Grand Marshals for this year’s parade are both Irish-American authors – nationally acclaimed Alice McDermott and local author and musician Danny Costello.
