Flag raising at 8:45am at the Embassy Suites . Parade will be assembled on Walnut Street between 12th and 16th Streets at 11:00am.Parade will start promptly at 12:00 noon; advance on 15th Street to Locust Street, proceed East on Locust Street all the way to Embassy Suites Hotel for the reception which ends at c. 4:30 pm.
