Parade steps off at 1:00 p.m. from Market Street at McClurg and proceeds north on Market Street to Southwoods Ave.

Joe is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In addition to GREEN, he will surely be wearing some BLACK AND GOLD during today’s parade!

He is a graduate of Canfield High School and Youngstown State University. He is a former teacher who is currently working in education management and compliance for nine school districts within Northeast Ohio.

2008 marks his 10th year of service to the Mahoning Valley St. Patrick’s Day Parade. He has served as a working marshal, in addition to his current duties as Chairperson of the Reviewing Stand.
