Parade Kicks off 12 noon - Reviewing Stand on E. Tremont at Harding Avenue .
Celebration After the Parade, the celebration of Irish Heritage will continue. Please join your family and friends
at the Local Establishments for Good Irish Food, Traditional Music and Fun!
The 2008 Parade will be led by Grand Marshals Edmund Donovan and Patrice O'Shaughnessy;
and Monsignor Leslie Ivers as the Honored Clergy. Ed Donovan is a life-long Bronx resident,
volunteering in many neighborhood organizations such as the US Power Squadron and the Knights of Columbus,
as well as a Science teacher at Salesian HS for 34 years. Patrice O’Shaughnessy grew up in Bronx, and is
currently the Bronx Metro reporter for the New York Daily News. Monsignor Ivers has been the spiritual
leader for St. Frances de Chantal community for many years.
