The Sleepy Hollow-Tarrytown Saint Patrick's Day Parade starts from the formation areas in Tarrytown proceed east up Main Street to Broadway,north to Beekman Ave., then west to the former General Motors site.
The Sleepy Hollow St. Patrick’s Parade Committee, Inc. has announced that the Grand Marshal of the 12th Annual
Sleepy Hollow –Tarrytown St. Patrick’s Parade to be held on Sunday March 16, 2008 is Tom Kennedy.
Tom Kennedy was born in Maum, Camp, County Kerry, to James and Bridie Kennedy and is the youngest of five children.
In 1971, Tom immigrated to Westchester County, New York, where he lived with his aunt, Margaret Curran,
in the village of Ardsley. In 1977, the former Eileen O’Connell(Lixnaw, County Kerry) became Mrs Thomas Kennedy and they were blessed with four beautiful children: Bernadette, Tom Jr., Siobhan and Breda.
Today, Tom Kennedy remains dedicated to his family legacy.
He and his family are parishioners of Immaculate Conception Parish, Irvington.
