Brian McCaffrey Trial Attorney New York City Brian McCaffrey is a resident of Manhattan whose grandparents hail from County Tyrone and County Mayo. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame Indiana . He obtained his Law Degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois after serving as an Officer in the United States Navy, Pacific fleet as a Surface Warfare Officer and his ships Legal Officer.
