Bandon Music Festival is the festival for lovers of traditional and contemporary music is annually hosted on the June Bank Holiday weekend in Bandon, West Cork. Now considered one of Ireland's premier summer music festivals, it will serve to encourage the promotion of Irish talent, both new and internationally established.

Autumnal Cork Festivals

Cape Clear’s Storytelling Festival is a very unique event for those interested in the early Irish traditions. Enjoy superb storytelling and music in spectacular scenic surroundings.
This renowned Storytelling weekend is now in its 15th year.. The Cape Clear’s Storytelling festival is suitable for all ages and nationalities. This year’s storytellers include ,Jimmy Crowley, Clare Murphy, Ian Stephen, Mats Rehnman & Lyn Ford.Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the world of storytelling and the island’s stunning scenery.

The Clonakilty International Guitar Festival established in 2005 is a celebration of one of the Guitar and thosel who strum those hallowed six strings. A huge array of national & international virtuosos and innovative guitarists will once again descend on the seaside town of Clonakilty. Be there for the fun!

Winter Cork Festivals

Cork Film Festival is Ireland’s oldest & biggest Film Festival dedicated to all aspects of cinema. The Festival covers independent Irish and International cinema including documentaries, short films, features, experimental, live action & animation. The new date in November avoids congestion with the International Film Festival circuit.
